We had so much fun giving out prizes, seeing the results from our polls and supporting June Dairy Month. We're happy to announce that all of the prize recipients are dairy producers or work in the agriculture industry.

Meet our Proud to Dairy winners:

On June 29, we also said we'd give a hat to the first person to comment on our Facebook status: "Tell us what makes you Proud to Dairy."

It ended up being a tie between Manivannan Jeganathan who commented, "high breed cattles & milk production" and Robin Rastani who commented, "The people, wholesome products and enthusiasm."

The following day, June 30, was finally our iPod nano giveaway-day. The Proud to Dairy iPod went to Twitter follower Ashley Messing, a fifth-generation dairy farmer from Michigan.

Five finalists were selected for Proud to Dairy's photo contest. First place went Leslie Ann Batistich, who won the Proud to Dairy engraved iPod nano with her submission of an udder featuring the Proud to Dairy logo.

Second place went to Katherine Dotterer-Pyle, who won the Ogio backpack with the Proud to Dairy logo. Her photo featured her, her husband and her favorite cow all posing with a Proud to Dairy sign.

Third place was a tie between Eileen Gress and Charlene Barlieb. Eileen and Charlene will each receive a blanket and hoodie with the Proud to Dairy logo on them. Eileen's creative submission pictured a calf with a Proud to Dairy wrapped round bale, while Charlene's photo featured her adorable son, Luke, wearing a Proud to Dairy bib.

Barbara Martin and her favorite cow gal Chica, pictured in their Proud to Dairy hats, will receive a Proud to Dairy hoodie.
